Welcome to Nexlify.pk. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the ordering, payment, delivery, and usage of products purchased from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Use of Website & Eligibility

Nexlify.pk is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals in Pakistan. By using this site, you confirm that you are either over 18 years of age or using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information when placing an order or contacting support.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate any service without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes made.

Product Information & Representation

We strive to ensure all product listings, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, due to screen differences and manufacturer updates, product visuals or colors may slightly differ from the actual item.

Health-related smartwatch features (e.g., heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep tracking) are not medically certified. These are for basic lifestyle use and should not replace any professional or medical advice.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

We offer two secure payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Manual Prepaid Transfers via Easypaisa or JazzCash

For prepaid orders, you’ll be provided with our official account number and name. Customers are required to confirm the payment by sending the transaction screenshot or ID via WhatsApp or the form provided. Though manual, this payment method is widely accepted in Pakistan and allows us to avoid third-party gateway fees and delays.

We clearly mention the account holder’s name, so users can verify it in their Easypaisa/JazzCash app before sending funds.

Order Processing & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed via call or WhatsApp, we aim to dispatch it within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery times vary between 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city and the courier partner’s schedule.

Delays may happen due to factors outside our control, such as:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier service issues

• Remote delivery areas

We always aim to provide timely updates and transparency throughout the shipping process.

Returns, Replacements & Damages

Please inspect the product at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• An unboxing video must be provided without cuts or edits

• Clear photos showing the defect or issue

• The product must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases; we primarily offer replacements for eligible claims. More detailed conditions can be found in our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on Nexlify.pk — including images, videos, product descriptions, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Nexlify. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reuse is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Nexlify is not responsible for:

• Courier delays or lost shipments due to external factors

• Misuse of smartwatches or reliance on non-certified health features

• Incorrect user input at checkout (e.g., address, number)

• Manual payment errors made by the customer

We will, however, do our best to resolve issues swiftly and professionally.

Privacy & User Data

We value your privacy. Any data you share with us (such as your name, phone number, address, or payment proof) is used solely to process and fulfill your order. We never sell or rent your information to third parties.
